Ohio Memory Grant

The Wakeman Archives has been given a grant to scan our many glass negatives that WHS owns and to place many of the images on Ohio Memory through the Ohio History Connection site. You can check out the site by going to https://ohiomemory.org/ then to the Browse Contributors then under the “W” look for Waterville Historical Society. There you will see all of the items that we have contributed to the Ohio Memory. Once in there you can look for “Glass plate negatives” “Frank Lester Lyon”, etc. There are other items that Toledo Library placed there such as the Welcome Pray letters that Waterville Historical Society owns.
